Yes! One of WavePro’s standout capabilities is the ability to customize dielectric constants to meet specific customer needs. While we currently offer eight standard DKs online, we can formulate materials with dielectric constants ranging from 2.0 to 20.4 and beyond.

The customization process typically takes 2 weeks for development and 2 additional weeks to deliver samples. However, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your specific needs for a more accurate timeline. 

Yes; for applications that require mounting and are subject to vibration testing, WavePro can be engineered with threaded inserts. This design enhancement helps improve the material’s response and stability during vibration.

Yes. WavePro is available in 4x6 inch samples, in both cladded and uncladded formats, and in a variety of dielectric constants (DKs) and thicknesses.
